An 8-week live group programme for women who've left an abusive relationship but still don't feel like themselves. For when you're ready to stop asking "why did I stay?" and start trusting your own decisions again, as you rebuild, restore and retrust.
Rebuild, Restore, Retrust opens on Wednesday 25th November, and waitlisters get the first chance to buy, 48 hours before it opens to everyone else. Plus, you'll get The Self-Blame Switch-Off, a bonus 5-minute guided audio to turn down the volume on self-blame when it just won't switch off.
Key Dates:
You left. But you still feel stuck.
You've asked yourself "why did I stay?" more times than you can count. And on the worst days, you wonder if you were the problem too.
Maybe you've even said it to a friend: "I've left, but I still don't feel like myself, and I don't trust my own judgement anymore."
First chance to buy. A whole 48 hours to join before it opens to everyone else.
Bonus: The Self-Blame Switch-Off. Imagine getting into bed and not replaying everything you "should" have done differently. This 5-minute guided audio helps you turn down the volume on self-blame when it just won't switch off, so you can breathe again and be a little kinder to yourself. It's your first real step towards trusting yourself and feeling like you again, and you don't have to wait until January to take it. Yours to keep, in your inbox straight away.
The Groundwork. A short, warm email from me every week until launch, each with one gentle idea to help you feel a little more like yourself and a little more ready for January. Think of it as a pep talk from someone who gets it.
First to know. All the details before anyone else, like when does it start? How much will it be?
Your 48-hour head start ends when it opens to everyone on Friday 27th November.
Rebuild, Restore, Retrust is an 8-week live group programme for women who've left an abusive relationship but still don't feel like themselves, who want to stop asking "why did I stay?" and start trusting their own decisions again.
We'll look at what your body does when it doesn't feel safe (freezing, going numb, people-pleasing to keep the peace), and get to know the different parts of you that show up, like the one that blames you or the one that wants to hide. Understanding them is where things start to shift. It's all built on parts work (gently getting to know these different sides of you), which is at the heart of how I work with my clients.
In Rebuild, Restore, Retrust, I'll help you:
and why your body still reacts like you're not safe, so you can stop treating the freezing and the people-pleasing as proof there's something wrong with you
so "why did I stay?" stops being a question you use against yourself
so you can see the value you bring without needing anyone else to tell you
speak up and set boundaries, so you can say what you need without the guilt or the fear of how someone will react
in other people, so you can feel safer in future relationships and less scared of what's ahead
...got a stack of self-help books on your bedside table that you're halfway through, typed "was it really that bad?" into ChatGPT at 2am, or been telling yourself "give it a few more months" for the last two years... I'll show you why none of that has been enough on its own, and what actually helps.
(it takes about 10 seconds, promise) and The Self-Blame Switch-Off lands in your inbox straight away. Save it somewhere you can find it on a hard day.
The Groundwork lands in your inbox with something to help you feel a little more ready, plus some behind the scenes peeks at what I'm building. No spam (I promise). Just me (and possibly the odd update on my mini me and parrot).
is the big reveal. You'll get all the details and the price before anyone else. Grab a cuppa for this one ☕
your link to buy lands in your inbox at 10am. You'll have 48 hours to join before it opens to everyone, so there's no rush and no pressure.
once you're in, we ease in gently with First Bricks, a light 4-week warm-up to help you feel ready for the new year.
We go live together and you'll leave with your own plan to keep rebuilding and retrusting yourself long after the 8 weeks are up.
Who's behind Rebuild, Restore, Retrust?
Counsellor, mum, parrot owner, reality TV fan
I'm an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (MNCPS), and honestly? I love my job.
I started out working with women in refuge, and I knew pretty quickly this was the work I wanted to do for the long haul. So I set up my own practice to do exactly that. I've now been working with women like you for over 3 years, some just weeks after leaving and some years down the line. And I truly believe what happened to you shouldn't get to take your future too.
Rebuild, Restore, Retrust is the space I wish every one of them had. Somewhere safe to heal, find yourself again, and build a life you actually love.
A few fun facts about me:
• I'm a mum to a little human who keeps me well and truly on my toes
• My parrot, Snoozey, has been with me for 20 years, and he might just make a guest appearance on our live calls. If that's not a reason to sign up, I don't know what is
• My guilty pleasure? Reality TV. Put Love Is Blind or MAFS on and my butt is glued to the sofa
Does joining the waitlist mean I have to buy?
Nope. It just means you're first in line. The Self-Blame Switch-Off is yours either way.
How much will it be?
Waitlisters get all the details and the price first, on Tuesday 24th November.
When can I buy?
If you're on the waitlist, from Wednesday 25th November at 10am UK time. It opens to everyone on Friday 27th November and closes at midnight on Friday 4th December.
Is this therapy?
No. It's an educational group programme, run by a qualified therapist. It isn't a substitute for 1:1 therapy or crisis support.
I'm still in an abusive relationship. Can I join?
Not this time, and that's about keeping you safe. This programme is for women who've already left and are somewhere safe. If you're still in it, the National Domestic Abuse Helpline (0808 2000 247, free, 24/7) can help you think through your options and make a safety plan. If you're in immediate danger, call 999. When you're ready, I'd love to welcome you to a future round.
What if things feel like too much during the programme?
That can happen, and you won't be left to figure it out alone. Before we start, you'll fill in a short sign-up form so I know this is the right space for you, and together we'll agree how we look after each other in the group. Every session ends with grounding, and you can step away or turn your camera off whenever you need. I can't offer crisis support between sessions, so you'll also get a list of who to contact if you ever need help straight away.
Do I have to keep my camera on, or talk on the calls?
Not at all, there's no pressure either way. Turn up however feels comfortable for you, camera on or off. Share if you want to, or stay muted and just listen. Nobody will put you on the spot, and you'll still get just as much out of it.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Life happens, and that's okay. The teaching part of every session is recorded and added to your programme area, so you can catch up whenever suits you. The group sharing isn't recorded, to keep that space private, so do join live when you can. And you'll have a whole year after the programme ends to watch and rewatch the replays.
Please note: this programme is for women who have left an abusive relationship and are somewhere safe. It is educational and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you're in crisis or worried about your safety, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, call Samaritans on 116 123, or the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247.
